ALFA FR MASTIC is an acrylic fireproofing compound that expands when exposed to high temperatures, sealing openings around installations. It forms a barrier that maintains the partition’s integrity and insulation for up to EI 240.

Application

ALFA FR MASTIC acrylic compound is designed for fire protection of metal pipes and cables in walls and ceilings.

Rigid walls

The wall should be at least 150 mm thick. It should be made of concrete, reinforced concrete, cellular concrete, solid hollow or grid brick, with a density of not less than 600 kg/m³.

Rigid ceiling

The ceiling should be at least 150 mm thick. It should be made of concrete or reinforced concrete with a density of not less than 1700 kg/m³.

Transport and storage

Transport and store in a dry and cool place at + 5°C to + 35°C.

Shelf life for 310 ml capacity: 24 months from the production date on the packaging
Useful life for 600 ml: 18 months from the production date on the packaging
