Product description

ALFA FR MASTIC is an acrylic fireproofing compound that expands when exposed to high temperatures, sealing openings around installations. It forms a barrier that maintains the partition’s integrity and insulation for up to EI 240.

The ALFA FR MASTIC product is particularly recommended for cable penetrations, where a double-sided seal with a depth of just 25 mm allows for 4 hours of fire resistance in walls and 2 hours in floors. The wide range of applications acrylic mass also includes non-flammable pipes – steel, copper, and cast iron.

Application

ALFA FR MASTIC acrylic compound is designed for fire protection of metal pipes and cables in walls and floors.

Rigid walls

The wall should be at least 150 mm thickness (made of concrete, foe example: reinforced, cellular or grid brick, with a density of not less than 600 kg/m³).

Rigid floor

The floor should be at least 150 mm thickness (made of concrete or reinforced concrete with a density of not less than 1700 kg/m³).

Transport and storage

Transport and store in a dry and cool place at + 5°C to + 35°C.

Shelf life for 310 ml capacity: 24 months from the production date on the packaging
Useful life for 600 ml: 18 months from the production date on the packaging
