Product description

INTU FR UNICOAT P is a fire-retardant paint designed to restore the fire resistance of flexible walls, rigid walls, and rigid floors in areas containing installations such as large cable penetrations or non-combustible pipe penetrations.

The INTU FR UNICOAT P coating should be applied to the specified length while maintaining the required dry film thickness (according with Technical Data Sheet).

Application

The INTU FR UNICOAT P paint is designed to protect non-combustible pipes in floors and walls and for single cables and cables in bundles, optical fibres, cable in cable trays or cable ladders.

Before use, mix the paint ,,by hand” until smooth. The coating not require dilution. Use INTU FR UNICOAT P paint to the required thickness and dry film length (according with Technical Data Sheet).

Flexible walls

The wall should be at least 100 mm thickness (constructed with a minimum of two plasterboards lining both sides).

Rigid walls

The wall should be at least 100 mm thickness (made of concrete or masonry units with a density of not less than 600 kg/m³).

Rigid floor

The floor should be at least 150 mm thickness (made of concrete, reinforced concrete, cellular concrete, with a density of not less than 550 kg/m³).
