For over a decade, he has worked with companies in the broadly understood electrical industry, gaining experience in various roles – both independent and in sales management. He has worked for an international company with nationwide operations, where he provided technical advice and support, developed sales strategies, built client relationships, and managed teams. Thanks to his knowledge and skills, he effectively supported business growth and achieved ambitious goals.
Fryderyk holds a degree from the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Łódź and began his educational path in an electrical technical school. The combination of solid technical education and an analytical approach has enabled him to successfully grow in the B2B sales sector.
Outside of his professional life, he is passionate about sailing – both inland and offshore. He enjoys travelling and discovering new places and cultures. In his free time, you can also find him on the basketball court, actively participating in an amateur basketball league. Sports competition and teamwork are just as important to him as professional development.
