Fire protection spray mortar

Product description

PERLIFOC HP is a gypsum-based fire-retardant mortar designed for the passive fire protection of structural components. This high-performance mortar is characterised by its low density and is composed of lightweight aggregates, expanded clay, hydraulic binders, setting retarders, and additives that improve workability during mechanical application. The product is asbestos-free.

  • Fire resistance class up to EI 240

  • The product does not contain asbestos

  • Passive protection of load-bearing steel elements and flat composite elements made of concrete and profiled steel

Application

<p><strong>PERLIFOC HP</strong> fire protection mortar is designed for the passive fire protection of steel load-bearing elements and flat composite elements made of concrete and profiled steel. It provides effective fire resistance for steel structures used indoors and in protected outdoor areas for up to 240 minutes. The mortar can be used for:</p>

H – I sections Closed steel profiles

Transport and storage

Transport and store in tightly closed containers at a temperature between +5 and +40°C. Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
