Product description
INTU FR FOAM 2K is a two-component, polyurethane-based expanding fire protection foam.
Upon application, it reacts and increases in volume. In the event of a fire, it expands to form a barrier that prevents the spread of flames and smoke, maintaining the partition’s integrity and insulation for up to EI 120.

Application
INTU FR FOAM 2K foam is designed for protecting installation penetrations, cables (and cable support structures), cable bundles, metal pipes, plastic pipes, and Tubolit®Split copper pipe bundles.
Flexible wallsThe wall should be at least 94 mm thick. It should be constructed with a minimum of two gypsum boards lining both sides.
Rigid wallsThe wall should be at least 100 mm thick. It should be made of concrete or masonry units with a density of not less than 450 kg/m3.
Rigid ceilingThe ceiling should be at least 150 mm thick. It should be made of concrete, reinforced concrete, cellular concrete, with a density of not less than 450 kg/m3.
Transport and storage
Transport and store in a dry and cool place at a temperature of + 5°C to + 30°C.
