Product description

INTU FR BRICK is a polyurethane-based intumescent block for fire protection.
In the event of a fire, it expands to form a barrier that prevents the spread of flames and smoke, maintaining the partition’s integrity and insulation for up to EI 120.

Application

INTU FR BRICK fire protection block is designed to protect installation penetrations, cables (and cable supporting structures), cable bundles, metal pipes, plastic pipes, Tubolit®Split copper pipe bundles. INTU FR BRICK is used for temporary or permanent fire resistance of flexible walls, rigid walls and rigid ceilings.

Flexible walls

Ściana powinna mieć grubość co najmniej 94 mm. Powinna być wykonana z obustronną okładziną z co najmniej dwóch płyt gipsowo-kartonowych.

Rigid walls

Ściana powinna mieć grubość co najmniej 100 mm. Powinna być wykonana z betonu lub elementów murowanych o gęstości nie mniejszej niż 450 kg/m³

Rigid ceiling

Strop powinien mieć grubość co najmniej 150 mm. Powinien być wykonany z betonu, betonu zbrojonego, betonu komórkowego, o gęstości nie mniejszej niż 450 kg/m³
