The INTU FR UNIBOARD is designed to reinstate the fire resistance performance of flexible wall, rigid wall or rigid floor constructions, where they are penetrated by metal pipes or combustible pipes, cables, cable ladders, cable trays and conduits.

INTU FR UNIBOARD 1S is a 50 mm thick mineral wool board one-sided coated with the INTU FR UNICOAT P fire-retardant coating. INTU FR UNIBOARD is suitable for large cable penetrations and for protecting combustible pipes with the INTU FR COLLAR L SLIM roll collar or INTU FR GRAPHITE graphite sealant.

Application

The INTU FR UNIBOARD 1S double panel is used for sealing large cable penetrations as well as flammable/non-flammable pipe penetrations with or without insulation in walls and floors.

Prone walls

The wall should be at least 100 mm thickness (constructed with a minimum of two plasterboards lining both sides).

Rigid wall

The wall should be at least 100 mm thickness (made of concrete or masonry units with a density of not less than 450 kg/m3).

Rigid floor

The floor should be at least 150 mm thickness (made of concrete, reinforced concrete, cellular concrete, with a density of not less than 550 kg/m3).

Transport and storage

Transport and store (in original and unopened packaging) in a safe, dry place at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C.
